CRAWLEYTOWNVPORTVALE

Match insight

Crawley Town and Port Vale both find themselves scrapping at the wrong end of a table — the kind of fixture that shapes a whole survival battle. Port Vale currently sit 2 places and 3 points above Crawley Town in the table — 22nd against 24th. Crawley Town have taken 2 points from their last 5, against 6 for Port Vale over the same stretch. Port Vale should be doing better than this by our own measure — the table hasn't caught up with the quality yet.
